At HQ we have three rooms available with the option of combining rooms
one and two for larger occasions. All of our rooms are spacious, beautifully
decorated and fully equipped for your business conference needs, with state of the art audio visual systems and a loop system throughout.

All your catering requirements can be arranged by HQ, from tea, coffee and biscuits to prodigious buffet menus. Our catering planners will liaise with you throughout to ensure all food and drink is suitable for your party including any special dietary requirements.

Figures shown are based on seated delegates. Please note rooms 1, 2 and 3 can be combined to create a larger room to accommodate up to 120 delegates. Please contact us for more details.
